Earlier this year the Lagos State government stated that bus drivers will have to wear uniforms, name tags and badges.
So BattaBox decided to find out from bus conductors and Lagosians, how they feel about that…
“It doesn’t make sense…I cannot wear one cloth from morning till night.”
“They start early and close late…when will they wash the uniform?”
“If it is properly done…there’s nothing wrong with that.”
“It’s very rubbish!”
“Conductor is not a profession.”
“It’s a very good idea because of security reasons.”

How does a uniform improve the safety of riders which is the real issues.
uniform and picture I.d. by the government if you dnt hv then take care away .police can stop and check for the safety of the people and to generate money fr roads ,water ,they should hv it anyone running bus or taxi should hv to wear.
useless government, because conductors are the lowest of the society that’s why they wana bully them to wear uniforms so people can mock them. it’s a very foolish idea.
Of course conductor is a profession/job… that guy just wanted to mention he is now a lawyer…Also they act like uniform isn’t just clothing, do they not have time to change their shirts???

yes I think bus drivers should upgrade there buses by rebuilding a new model and also a metro systematic in lagos. (not just lagos in other cities too)
