It’s Nigeria’s Social Media Week 2018 – and this year has been amazing with apps, tech, startups, and techies. We take a tour!

Social Media Week in Lagos is a week long conference that provides the ideas, trends, insights and inspiration to help people and businesses understand how to achieve more in a hyper-connected world. The event features a central stage for keynotes and panels, multiple rooms for workshops, masterclasses and presentations, and an area dedicated to co-working, networking and interactive installations. The mission is to help people and organizations connect through collaboration, learning and the sharing of ideas and information.

BattaBox also asked our classic gist from the techies their fashion tips for the days and who is their celebrity crush.

Annnnd we are back with the techies, who will say they don’t vibe to music like we do while they work and play. Surprisingly, I thought the people of this country just want to dance and party all the way. But it was so fascinating that we still have people who want to listen to songs will “real content” like one of the interviewees did say.

A lot of attendees made mentions of Adekunle Gold & Simi has their celebrity crush, and we also had people who mention the likes of 2Baba AKA 2face, Wizkid, Yemi Alade, Seyi Shay, Splash and so on.

Folly did not only find out who their celebrity crush is, but also infused some interesting teasers from words like SME (Small Medium Enterprise), Lagos, Social Media Week to mention a few.
