Chief Mrs Nike rules the world of Art in Nigeria. Everything around her, including what she wears is Art. She owns and runs the famous Nike Art Gallery, named after herself and located in Lekki Lagos.
“I started when i was six years old with my great grandmother who is an artist,” says Chief Nike
BattaBox presenter Adeola takes us inside Nike Art gallery in Lagos to see some of the best artworks created in Nigeria, by Nigerians.
Chief Nike further explains and interprets some of her artworks to Adeola as she gives her a tour of the three storey building gallery.

The ants and the national cake is a powerful piece. This is an episode I
very much appreciate.
i can’t believe they are actually touching the art. that is a no no and can
degrade the piece even more over time. that was so cringey. that gallery
owner should know better.
I visited there. This is a great video. I bought 5 dresses from her.
I can write a thesis about this clip but I will sum it up in just one word
