In the west they would term finding exotic food like this survival skills but some Africans shun our own whole forest foods, calling it backward and disgusting. Sad.

i think it’s because salt is know to be very dangerous to worms, they tear up worms body, check youtube videos for salt pour on worms and see for yourself

We call it edible worms, they are harvested from the inners of rotten raffia palm. They are quiet rich in proteins and vitamins : )
