Hi Guys!!! As you can see we are up for a new challenge as our presenter takes the different challenges in this new series of cooking “Food Under 1k”. Watch this video and let us know what you think. Also, tell us the kind of food you will want to challenge us with.
Food Under 1k is a challenge we are taking to appreciate the possibility to make do with 1000 Naira Nigerian currency (approximately 3 Dollars) to cook a kind of soup that can be enough for at least 3 persons, possibly a family for one night.
We took the challenge and see what we made of it in this episode. We made Egusi soup (melon soup) with Vegetable to garnish it, and we use ingredients like pepper, seasoned cube, onion, palm oil, salt, vegetable, stockfish, crayfish and lastly egusi (melon seeds).
Watch this video, make yours and challenge us on the type of food you will like us to cook next.
