BattaBox presenter Odunayo attended the walk for autism and also spoke to asktoks.com founder, Ms Toks Bakare, a UK trained Behaviour Analyst who has over a decade of experience in the field of developmental psychology. She strongly believes in education that acknowledges multiple intelligence and the potential for all children, no matter their ability, to lead full and meaningful lives.

“Autism is a developmental condition that affects the way the brain works,” says Toks

Toks further explained some of the symptoms to characterize autism and how to spot an autistic child when you see one.

“For some people with autism, talking could be quite difficult,” she continues

Odunayo also got a mother who has an autistic son to share her experience

“As a mother i’m trying to cope,” the woman explains
