Today on BattaBox, harry and James try to wear Waist Trainers for the first time. After all women wear it for hours everyday, their big bellies should be able to fit in.

“No matter your size i think it should go round,” says Harry

James immediately sucked his belly in and wore his like a professional, while Harry struggled with his.

Women mostly wear the waist training corset so to enable them control their eating and to get a slimmer waist.
