HILARIOUS: Bolly Works As A Shoe Delivery Man

BollyLomo is officially tired of all the menial jobs he’s had to do, like cleaning toilets, washing plates, selling agbo etc.

Today on the hustle, BollyLomo challenges himself and works as a shoe delivery guy for KEEXS – the first Innovative and Social Oriented Footwear Brand in Africa owned by Jide Ipaye.

“You need to deliver 30 pairs of products today unfailingly,” Mr Jide says to Bolly

Although Bolly thought it would be as easy as it seems but after delivering shoes to both ends of Lagos, he decided being a bricklayer was easier.

“They are going to sack me, this is worst than bricklayer work,” laments bolly

Women love to look pretty which is why they get their hair done regularly. But did you know that men have taken over the hair salons and are the ones making women pretty?

Today on BattaBox hustle, BollyLomo interns as a hair stylist apprentice at a hair dressing salon. Since Bolly loves women so much, he might as well try to make them look beautiful.

Adeola accompanies him to the salon to make her hair, while Bolly ended up practicing with her hair .

“Bolly has finished my hair,” laments Adeola

According to the head stylist, a lot of ladies like getting their hair done by male stylists…

“I prefer guys making my hair because they pay attention to details,” says Adeola

Bolly also spoke to a male stylist, who talked about how he started making women’s hair.

“I started as a barber,” says one male hair stylist

“A lot of my clients are women,” says Rehia the trainer

BollyLomo starts by warming up before he gets into the hustle proper but he ended up falling a couple of time.

“Its the hardest i’ve done, but its fun,” says Bolly

“The hardest part is standing,” says Bolly “Teachers don’t sit,” he continues

The job of a nursery school teacher is not just to teach. Bolly had to coordinate the children,help tie their shoe laces, play with them, help them with their work etc

This Nigerian Artist Can Draw You In 15 minutes

BattaBox presenter Odunayo speaks to a Lagos based artist in Nigeria Mr Dennis Ugo, who draws for a living.

“I get money everyday here from drawing,” explains Mr Dennis as he speaks to Odunayo “its fun,” he continues

He stopped his regular job to focus on what brings him fast money and what he loves to do. What makes his art unique is that he could draw and frame anyone in just 15 minutes.

“Most artists can’t do this detailed work in 15 minutes,” says Mr Dennis

For a life drawing, he charges N3000 ($13) and makes between N8000 ($36) to N17,000 ($77) in a day.

“I’ve never made N20,000,” he says

Odunayo also got a life drawing of herself before she left.
