Lots of fitness enthusiasts, personal trainers and men and women that are just trying to get fit and look and feel their best turned up to sweat the day away.

The event not only promoted exercise but also healthy eating.

“It’s amazing! I feel like we are slowly becoming more conscious of what we are putting into our bodies and how we are taking care of our bodies,” one young lady explained.

There were many different vendors on site that provided food, personal trainers and sportswear. It was a “one stop shop for everything fitness in Lagos”.
